Payment scale will be based on 1-5 Stars - $100/bed/night for a 2 star up to $140/bed/night for a 5 star home. We will not accept 1 star homes.

If your home is not in Vancouver, we will still keep a record of your file for other companies and organizations to choose from once we fill all the Vancouver requirement.
We fill homes from the locations closes to our specific locations first, then outwards to the surrounding areas.

Our clients will be 100% fully ensured. Anything that happens on your property will be covered. We will do an onsite inspection report to verify all the details that you submitted and also will do a condition report before and after time of tenancy, that will be used to prove that the house is in the same condition as you left it.

We will have maintenance technicians 24/7 ready to go onsite to fix any problems that may occur. But before we make any changes to your home, of course we will have to notify you for permission, or another option is that you take care of the problem using your own resources.

These people will be all staff members for the winter games coming from various companies and organizations. The groups or organization's that will occupy your home will be announced to you, as soon as we know who is going to occupy them.

It would be a good idea to take all your personal items that you need out of the home, especially sentimental non replaceable items.

You can leave your condiments, spices, non perishable items and any other foods that won't go bad if left there for a few weeks. Any other foods that you wish to not be eaten, or touched, or will go bad should be taken out so that there won't be any surprises when you get back home.

Yes, it is required that all suites must be a functional living area, with beds & linens, operational kitchen, seating, and a TV. Washrooms must have some face cloths, towels, and basic needs.

1 bathroom for 2 beds, 1.5 bathrooms for 3 beds, 2 bathrooms for 4 beds etc.
Each bed must be a double or larger. Each room must have a dresser, and the entire unit must have at least one TV. The kitchen has to be functional, meaning a few plates, utensils, and cutlery. The bathrooms need to have a few towels, and face cloths, and some toilet paper.
