We are canvassing residents of the GVRD in the attempt to secure private dwellings, which can be leased out to incoming staff of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. The potential revenue varies depending on the quality of the property. Our team will require detailed description of property submitted on our Online Request Form, and explicit photos to verify what is being offered, followed by an onsite inspection by our company to determine the level of quality of your property (1-5 star).
There are 3 distinct periods we will be seeking.
Period #1 - Pre-Olympic Games: January - February
Period #2 - Olympic Games: February- late February
Period #3 - Post Olympic Games: Late February- March
Property Qualifications:
The dwellings can be single family homes, Townhome, condominiums, apartments, and hotels rooms positioned in the Greater Vancouver Regional District. The homes must be fully vacated and free of all occupants during the rental period.
Example of Revenue Potential
A 5 star, 3 bedroom home with 5 beds - 2 full and 1 half baths would be eligible for a potential of approximately $700 per night for up to 82 nights = $57,400
