Before time of occupancy, we need to inspect and provide a report on all properties to the client, and maintain an up to date log book on each location. We must ensure that when the accommodation date arrives, the property details match the information submitted by the homeowner, and an inspection report conducted onsite will verify that the property is in the same condition as when our clients first occupied it.
